yoga is the best movement of our body if you do yoga you feel fresh and clam you do yoga when you have a time in a day and feel realax yoga change you mood and change your life too. so do yoga and change your life.

I do yoga 6 mornings a week. The session lasts for 45 minutes, and it has changed my life. I am 76 yrs old, still working, and have not had a medical checkup in 30 years. As you can see from my avatar I do some difficult asanas. Yoga stretches your muscles and lubricates your joints. Yoga is helpful for high blood pressure, and many other health problems.
