BCCI v/s Cricketers

Does anyone know what is the gross income of the BCCI compared to the Cricketers? Is it right on the part of BCCI to ask cricketers to pay a percentage of their endorsements? And are the cricketers paying any percentage of what they earn from their endorsements?
