What is your funniest workplace memory?

As all we know, we face with very funny things at work. It happens to all of us, but, we usually don't copy them to anywhere. It's the chance for you to write down your funniest memo and give evereyone-including yourself-a smile!!!

there's been a lot of funny things happen where i work, but i don't write them down. they come out later in story form and make a better laugh and put a smile on my face.
