Jiddu Krishnamuti once said:
"There's no meditator in meditation.
If there is, it's not meditation"What do you feel about this statement?In my opinion, it can be this way:
Meditation should be practiced all the time.
If you consider yourself a meditator, there will be certain time when you do meditation and one when you don't, then it's not the meaning of meditation.
Also, meditation should be used as a therapy to improve your lifestyle, not a job or something similar.

I think that every moment one should be in meditation. Buddhist monks are always silent and calm, staying in a constant level of meditative bliss. I agree with Jiddu Krishnamuti that meditation is not exercise or a job, but a mindset that people should constantly practice being in.
