hi there people, i'm to old to recive toys as presents so my family and relatives gave me some money, with them i can buy what i want and what i like. i think that if presents comes from relatives and family money are better, and if a present comes from partner this one needs to be something handmade by her or him. And what about you? have you riceved money this christmas? a lot or a bit? Thank you for your responses :)

That's cool! =) Christmas shouldn't be about money and gifts. Most people associate a happy Christmas with the amount of money and gifts that they receive. That's probably why people feel that their Christmas gets worse every year, because of the declining economy of the world.

I didnt get any money during christmas .I ended up giving people money but I didnt get any .I guess with the the present recession everyone is saving their pennies.I am happy though that I didnt spend a lot of money even if that means that I didnt get any money in return because that was my plan right from day one to save as much as I could

No I did not receive any money. I did however get a few shirts from my parents. My hubby bought me a new griddle and my grandparents had put together a photo album of pictures of me when I was a little girl. I treasure this gift more because it helped bring back memories and I will be able to share these memories with my children someday.
