My son is home from college for the holiday. He just got his grades and wow, he did so wonderful. I am so proud of him. He has one more semester and he is going to graduate from college. I can't tell you how proud I am of him. I never went to college, but my son is living his dream, he is doing his thing. I look at him and just see a bright future.
Do your children make you proud? Do you see a bright future for them?

Yes. My daughter will make me a proud mom this year. She will be 18 years old in a couple of months. she will graduate this year too. I am proud to see her working hard with her job and online work also. I do see somewhat of a bright future for her now.

I am so happy for you! My children are not old enough to be in college yet, but I do have those rare moments when it just hits me how wonderful and what a blessing they really are. In the day to day running around, I often lose sight of how precious they are, and how fast they are growing up. I love those moments when they prove through their actions that I am bringing up responsible, loving children!

I don't have any as I am still on college but in my opinion parents are always proud of their children no matter what.
Parents always see their children as unique and special come what may. =)

They make me proud all the time and they impress the heck out of me too! Sometimes I'm so close I can't see the good because I'm looking for the bad but they shine in their own way and it makes me proud to see them achieving. They are young and I know God has great things in store for them. I as a parent have to make sure I lay down a solid foundation for them to stand on so they have the confidence to try and fail and learn.

I suspect that a few regular myLotters might just guess the answer to that one! I am incredibly proud of my two sons. They have grown up to be sensible, loving, caring, entertaining, supportive young men who are my best friends and I will love them until the end of all time and beyond. They both work hard towards their own goals and deal with any obstacles with determination and a great sense of humour. No-one can predict how lives will turn out but they deserve good things...of course, I may be just a little bit biased ...
Congratulations to your son on his good grades

Hello 34momma,
Congratulations to you and your son. I think you are really a proud momma.
My son is still young, he is just 5 years old. so simple things he do makes me proud. Like yesterday, when he woke up, he immediately arrange all the pillows. He didn't wait for us to tell him, he did it on his own. It makes me proud. I know he grow to have a very bright future. I will support him in whatever way.
Take care and have fun red_amethyst
