how can MYLOT run successfully?

I'm wondering how can mylot run successfully and gain profits as expected.
In China,I never heard any forum pay money to the users. Maybe I will run my own business in the future.I think this kind of forum should be a good choice.
however,I don't know how to make sure that I will gain profits rather than give money to the users to make the company closedown finally.
dear friends, can you tell the secret of mylot's success? I need your suggestion and support to settle my puzzle.

I'm not any moderator or admin of forum sites and thus i cant tell u the secret to earning money from it.. lol =D BUt i think it has got something to do, with page visits, and mylot is earning from the amount of visitors they have to the site.. And from there, they will part with some money, to us, users, as earnings.. lol =D
But that's only my guess.. IN reality, it might not work this way.. hehe
