I'm renting a small room in an old building and the bedbug problem here is the worst I've had. Bedbugs usually come out at night but these ones in my room walk during the day. I've tried bug sprays, insect repellent, WD40, changing the sheets regularly, but it doesn't seem to solve the problem. Is there like a secret home remedy that I can use to get rid of these pests?

Well! Did you try drying the bed in the sun!? Natural things like sun rays is an amazing disinfectant. Keep the bed in your balcony or terrace where you get good sun rays all through out the days. If the condition is really bad\, repeat it everyday (or when ever possible).
Another trick is to keep neem leaves on the bed - it is another natural disinfectant! Looks like your place is damp and moist - try to keep your space airy and well ventilated :)

Funny, I was asking for the very same thing when I posted a similar discussion 3 years ago. But through my research I have found a method to get rid of not only bedbugs, but any insect in your household in 14 days. If you would like to learn more, read my blog at http://cincyvsbedbugs.blogspot.com
