Are you buying rent referrals in PTC sites?

I am a newbie when it comes to PTC sites. I am scared to buy rent referrals because maybe it is not worth it or my money will just be wasted. My reason for this is, I am a student and don't have a stable income, just my allowance. I am scared to take the risk of using my savings to buy rent referrals nor to upgrade, attached with it is the fear to be scammed and lose all of my money.. I am not good at asking someone to be my referral(direct referral) and I don't have any friends who are interested in networking , so i don't have referrals.:( please help me... what site is the "best" PTC site for me to invest for rent referrals and to upgrade? please base your answers to your own experiences. where can I earn more profit with my investment in "PTC" sites?
