My hubby was talking to a friend of his and gave him the idea of getting me a purse from a consignment store. As I've wanted a designer bag but I don't have the funds especially to pay the original retail price for it. So my hubby found a very nice Coach bag for me for $75. Doesn't even look like it was used if at all. He was hoping to find the matching wallet but settled for one from wally world.

Hi happy: I think your answer is just perfect because even if we receive few or little gifts, the best we can have and that we must thanks God for that is the blessing of having a family and the possibility of being together these very special days to celebrate one more Christmas. I think that's a beautiful present God can give to us and we should be happy just for that. Thanks for your answer happy. Hope you are having a nice day. Merry Christmas/ Happy Holidays. Take Care.

That's a hard one because all my family members gave such cool gifts so I think it will be unfair of me to just pick one. My auntie made me a care package, my husband got me the LittleBigPlanet game for PS3 and a new 19" Visio LCD screen. My little sis put together my favorite candies and other cute items. My parents got me a new shirt and sweatpants. My little brother got me the Hope shirt with Obama in the different colors with a pack of twix candy bars, and a Obama family button. I love them all.

I got my husband two things. I got him a Weider home gym and three dvds: Phat Beach, Let's Do it Again, and A piece of the action. My husband loved his gifts and knew about Phat Beach but didn't know I was going to get him the other two movies to complete the Sidney Poitier and Bill Cosby trilogy as we like to call it since he already had Uptown Saturday Night in his collections.

The best gift that I got this Christmas isn't anything material at all. I got to spend the entire weekend with my family. We were able to go out to eat together and we got to just enjoy each other and to enjoy seeing the kids playing with their new toys. It isn't a regular thing for us to all have an entire weekend where no one has any plans that are apart from one another. It was a lot of fun and it was the best gift that I could think of.

I received quite a few very thoughtful and considerate gifts. But the best gift that I received was seeing the smile on my son's face and a twinkle in his eyes as he felt loved this Christmas. Once, my ex-wife asked me what I wanted for Father's Day after my son had been born, I replied that she had given me the best gift that I could ever have already, and that is my son. He shall always be the best gift and biggest blessing that my life shall ever know on all occassions.

A child is always the best gift. As long as they are healthy & mom is well after delivery that's all any Father should ever want.

My daughter told me her gift to me is to be a better daughter. That is all I could ask of her. We have been fighting and stuff lately. So that was all the gift I needed.

I got to spend another Christmas with my dad. He's 87 and has a faulty pacemaker lead so when it goes, so does he because surgery is too dangerous at his age and in his condition.
The second best gift I got was a scarf that my sister knitted, it's soft and nice and warm. And I know she thought of me with love while she was making it.
Your husband is very resourceful! What a sweetheart he must be!

I got the Wii Fit which I've been asking for for a few months, along with the Biggest Loser game to go with it. I was so depressed that he didn't get it because I know funds were really tight, and I kept thinking I didn't get it right up until Christmas morning because I never saw a package big enough to be the Wii Fit. But there it was! I also got a Biggest Loser cookbook which I'd asked for, and some new work out pants... size medium, I was so psyched that they fit! Then I got a whole ton of Bath and Body works stuff, lotions, shower gels, body sprays!

I got a bag from my daughter and a travel pillow from my son. My husband asked me what I wanted for a gift. He offered to give me a watch but I said no coz' I have five watches already. He offered to buy me a new cel phone but I told him I am no longer interested in cel phones. Honestly, I don't know what I want.
So, for now, the best gifts were from my kids.

Hi Snuggle Bunnies: congratulations. It's always good to feel proud of the gifts you receive. A very nice present from you hubby i would also have to add. In my case i am simply glad and proud of telling that my aunt gave me a ticket to see Coldplay Live on their Viva la Vida Tour and it's like a dream come true. Since i read that Coldplay was coming to my town i wished to be there but now is a reality thanks to my aunt. It's just the best. Thanks for asking me this question. Hope you are having a nice day. Merry Christmas/ Happy Holidays. Take Care.

The best gift I received this Christmas was a digital camera from my boyfriend. The digital camera was such a cool gift. It is cherry red and the coolest part about it is that it is a touch screen camera. My boyfriend knew I had been talking about starting up a blog and that a camera would be very useful. He is so thoughtful.

My kids used to make a personalized greeting cards for us. I was expecting one this Christmas, but was surprised that its not a card I received. I knew that they are engage in painting at school but wasn't sure what it is. The good thing is that the painting they made is actually a present for the students parents. My wife was secretly have the painting framed. Now it was hanging in the living room where I could see it everyday.
