i want a video cutter for cutting the clips. please prefer me the best video cutter.

If you have a windows or a mac, you can either use: Windows Movie Maker or imovie for the mac. You can also buy more complicated video editing software like Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effects. Hope this helps.
