Can you imagine leaving your house in the morning without brashing your teeth?

I can't although I have a few friends who do that. There's one who is terribly scared of the dentist but never brushes her teeth in the morning so until she eats something she smells terribly. How I know she doesn't brush her teeth in the morning? I used to live with her, we were room mates. It was terrible when we were in the bus and she would lean towards me to whisper something. I hate my own bad breath so imagine how I felt when I smelled hers. I tried to talk to her about it but she just doesn't get it, she says she doesn't have time for that in the morning because she likes to sleep so she gets up 5 minutes before she has to leave the house and just can't find time to brush her teeth.
What do you think about that? Can you imagine leaving your house in the morning without brushing your teeth?

Oh! This is a terrible news to me. I never ever thought anyone will come out of the house without brushing their teeth. In fact my neighbour brushes her teeth at 9.30 or 10.00 AM and I wonder how she can remain like that without brushing her teeth till that late in the morning. I have to brush my teeth as soon as I get up from bed. Then only I feel like talking to any one.

Well it was a news to me too when this girl first started being my room mate, at first, I couldn't believe she wasn't brushing her teeth so I started paying attention to what she was doing in the morning and I realized she was skipping the teeth brushing. Now we are good friends, we don't share the apartment any more, but I avoid meeting her in the morning as much as I can.

OH MY.. If I do leave my house without brushing my teeth, either it is because the doctor instructed me to do so (for any kind of freaky checkup) or I will play mute for the rest of the day because I really can't imagine the looks of the people who smell my bad breath. I also personally cannot stand my own bad breath and sweat and thus, not only do I brush my teeth in the morning, I also make sure I bath before I go out anyway.

OMG! No way!! I won't be leaving the house without brushing my teeth! Who dares? that would be so awful... I can't live without brushing my teeth. "Cleanliness is next to Godliness" so for those who dare not to brush their teeth, they better clean themselves. Anyway, it's their health that is most affected then the people who interact with them.

I must be honest I sometimes don't do my teeth every morning I honestly have never had bad breath I think aslong as you do them at least once a day but do a good job with cleaning your teeth then you'll be ok.
I also eat a lot of abrasive foods such as apples as they actually help to clean your teeth naturally.

Really, that's cool. But I think my friend thinks she doesn't have problems with bad breath either, although her friends don't agree. I am not saying that this is your case because I know that I too in the morning sometimes have bad breath and sometimes I don't.

Euwhh that was just so disgusting when you mentioned about smelling her bad breath! I always take a shower and brush my teeth when I go out especially in the morning. I don't know why it's hard to brush the teeth. I can't even imagine how I would talk in public if I don't brush my teeth. I remember a friend of mine was complaining when another friend was blowing her face in the morning and she said she almost fainted because of the other friend's bad breath!

Well, that's not really far away from the truth. I remember a about a month ago I met her in the morning and when she wanted to kiss me in the cheek I felt I was about to faint. I just couldn't do it and I pulled my head back. It was a reflex reaction I couldn't do anything about.

Hey I'm a very lazy guy my friend. I used to wakeup at 7 and used to brush at 8.30 am my friend. Hey but sure I won't eat anything without brushing my friend but just a bit of laziness. What to do my friend? Not able to avoid it. But my bro is totally opposite to me my friend. He gets up and in a few minutes he used to ask for tea after brushing. And my mom used to scold me comparing to him. She used to say me that, "Hay lazy idiot, see your younger brother how much clean is he. He wokeup just now but brushed. You've to be a role model for your brother. But the total opposite is happening."
But still what to do, some people never change like me my friend.

Well, that's they way you are, I don't judge you, I don't judge my friend either I just don't like standing next to people who don't brush their teeth in the morning because the smell in the morning comes not from the mouth but from the stomach and the acids in it so the smell can really be bad.

That is gross. I'm sorry that had to happen yo you. But maybe in the future she will have no choice but to go to the dentist! It can cause abcess and all kinds of problems later down the road I hate going to the dentist myself but I do go and I have to brush my teeth all the time. I couldn't even image not brushing them yuck!I always make time for that!

She already has great problems with her teeth but she is terribly afraid of the dentist. That surprises me even more because I don't like dentists either, although I go to the dentist once or twice a year, but I brush my teeth too keep my teeth healthy and avoid having problems so that the dentist wouldn't have anything too do. So if I were her I would brush my teeth all the time instead of not brushing them because once a tooth get caries nothing can save it except a dentist whom she never visits.

It takes all sorts to make this world including those who do not brush their teeth and yet go out. But I wonder who will ever tolerate their company!! I am sure she must have lost a lot of friends because of this. I do have my bed tea before I brush my teeth and that's it. Nothing beyond that!

Well, tolerate their company... I can tolerate her company but only n the afternoon, when I have to see her in the morning I try not to come close. That was rather difficult when we lived together but now I try to avoid every contact with her in the morning.
Interesting response, thanks a lot.

LOL, one of the first things i do in the morning is to brush my teeth and clean myself up so i can't imagine myself leaving my house without brushing my teeth. It's quite a scary thought thinking about it.

Yeah, I agree with you, it really is scary, I would constantly think about the fact that I have bad breath and i would be scared to talk to anyone, but the fact is that just coming closer to the person that didn't brush his/her teeth makes you feel the smell, he/she doesn't even has to open the mouth to talk.

Funny, but I really think that there aren't any difference between boys and girls. Everyone should brush their teeth in the morning. I also thought that man were less rigid about the teeth brushing but after getting to know my friend really good I really don't think it is a boy-girl thing.

That is so disgusting. I dont know how anyone can be like that. I would simply say if you cant brush your teeth I cant sit next to you because the smell makes me sick. I mean I know thats rude but its the truth and its disgusting of her to expect other people to smell her breath. Ugh. My sisters son is 8 and he brushes his teeth maybe once a month. If her daughter happens to forget to brush her teeth or is eating right before the bus comes she lets her daughter go to school without brushing her teeth instead of just telling her to go back inside and brush them and then driving her to school. That might not sound like a big deal but we literally live within about a 30 second drive to the school so its not like she has to drive 20 minutes to get her to school if she misses the bus. My kids and I do not leave the house without brushing our teeth. Its a rule.

I can't even imagine it. If I only had five minutes to get ready and I have been in that spot, brushing my teeth and washing the shoulderpits would be my main priority. I just can't leave the house smelling smelly. If your friend doesn't change her ways then she will have more to fear than the dentist. Her teeth will get nasty and cause her a lot of pain. Brushing is really important. Hope she wakes up and realizes before it is too late.

Usually I do brush after I eat breakfast. But if we are behind getting the kids going in the morning I make sure they get everything done first and if I have to wait til I get back on the house from putting them on the bus so be it. Who do I have to impress at the bus stop? The neighbor who's hair needs a wash and toss her stained up everything? Yeah it gets done I'm just not the first person to always get it done.

I know of people who do that, sometimes am out they tend to talk up in your face. Then you will smell their bad breathe.
The first thing i do in the morning when i wake up is brush my tooth, and take a shower.so that i can feel fresh for the rest of the day .Even before i start breakfast i have to take a shower an brush my tooth before i enter the kitchen.I can't leave my house without brushing my teeth,I know people know who does not brush teeth. Now his mouth is full of rotten teeth, people should spend time on their personal hygiene especially females.

Hi, lorelai. There is no excuse. She can find the time to brush her teeth. She just does not want to. She can make a few minutes for brushing her teeth. That is just slack. I can never imagine myself going out without brushing my teeth. If I am going to be in public, I will make sure that my teeth is cleaned and that I have fresh breath. Your friend should take better care of her teeth. If she does not, she risks the fact of losing many teeth. And she may have a gum disease sooner or later. She needs to visit the dentist regularly too. I heard that your own teeth could kill you.
