Ability or degree ,which is more important ?

of course ability. It doesn't matter what or how many degrees you have, if you practically cant do the work. There are some people who has the knowledge but they lack practical experience. I have seen many like that. on the other hand there are people who do their job greatly without any paper qualifications, but only by experience.

ability for sure. Most people who earn a degree don't know anything. All a degree is, is a piece of paper saying you got your but outa bed and listened to people talk for hours on end.

Ability is far more important. With ability you can actually get a degree and still better yourself whilst being able to do other things such as earn money or look after people. Degree on the other hand doeesn't always give you the ability to actually do things.
