By "holiday-associated" I mean things like conversation hearts for Valentine's Day, Candy Canes for Christmas, and Peeps for Easter.
I've never really cared for candy canes, and I've always HATED conversation hearts- they taste lke chalk! w

Well on Easter, I look forward to Cadbury cream eggs and candy on the paper. Every year my dad would know what store would have Cadbury on sale and would get me two of them. It used to be Peeps but my poor stomachache will now hurt when I eat those lol. On Valentine's day, I really don't have a favorite but I cannot stand pure chocolate so my husband would get me chocolate with peanut butter or gummi worms. On Halloween, it is the gummies that are shaped like skeletons. I cannot stand candy corn. Christmas, it is brach's chews that taste like peppermint. My husband loves those and ate nearly a whole bag my auntie gave him.

Oh yeah. I gotta have those Cadbury eggs. I get absolutely mad at myself if I don't get or buy at least one lol. I forgot to add the crunchy candy coated eggs. When I used to get easter baskets I loved those. They were in different colors and had a crunchy filling in the center surrounded by chocolate. My grandma would put them a plastic egg to hold them. Ah memories. I used to give my chocolate bunny to my sister cause she loved biting the heads of them first.

Cadbury Mini Eggs. I always used to have a packet on those when I was a kid. I would get 2 or 3 big egss and then a pcket of these topped it off. It just reminds me of laying in bed at Easter scoffing my face. Its the only time I ever used to have chocolate for Breakfast

I enjoy eating candy canes because in the end, it's still a candy (i'm a major sweet tooth).

My favourite is Cadbury Creme Eggs for Easter. They are quite horribly sweet so it's not something I'd want to eat all year, and as I can't get them here but need to go to the UK I don't even eat them once a year, but they're very nice the few times I find them.

i agree with you in regards to those convo hearts, they are nasty! lol.
for me, it would have to be Laura Secord creme filled Easter eggs. we are in Canada and Laura Secord is a very expensive candy store. however, we live fairly close to a Laura Secord outlet store so when they have them, i get them and throw them in the freezer.

hi olisaur I love ribbon candy for christmas and Brachs mixed candies, also Chocolate covered raisins and cherries too/
salt water taffy, and peanut brittle and homemade fudge
too. but as a diabetic I have to tread carefully chocolate is the one thing I can eat if not too large a piece at one time.Fudges are sort of hard for me as they are so full of sugar, rolled dates and figs in coconut are so good too and I can handle them.
