Now our life is more comfortable than before. We are busy with work or study. Some people do not have more time to do exercise and do not like to get up early. They can drive car to go to work or school. However health is still a important problem in our life. I do not like to get up early too, so I ofen go to work on foot for a short distance. I know it is not enough. After work i like to go swimming. Maybe we are young we do not care more about our health. We do not find time to do exercise, maybe sooner or later we have time to be sick. What do you think of it?

You are completely right that if we do not take the time for our health we will have to take time for our sickness! It's not too difficult really to do a few more healthy things throughout the day. For instance, carry a water bottle with you to help get more of the water we need. Park further away from destinations to add a few more steps each day. Get up and walk around your desk or walk to the water fountain every so often. Take the stairs instead of the elevator! That's just a few but there are tons more!!

I keep exercise as part of my weekly schedule and i usually walk to school. i know people tend to get lazy but it's really refreshing exercising as it gets my blood really pumping. i also enrolled in a weight training class and im really enjoying it. attending and participating in regular sports activities is also a good way to relieve stress, exercise and have some fun the same time.

I agree with you.Health is a big problem if we do not find time to exercise.Health is wealth,as the saying goes. I have an officemate who is very conscious with her health and figure. She does her exercise regularly, every after office hours,at 5:30 in the afternoon, she goes to the plaza and plays volleyball with her neighbors.she also has a regular dance schedule.she is i know is physically fit and is well disciplined. i admire people like her. Me, i'm 53 years old. I do not have a regular exercise, but, the office work and household chores keeps me alive and kicking.these are my forms of exercises.

Everybody knows that exercise is the vital part of maintaining good health, but i just can't help my self, i am so lazy in getting up early morning and do some exercise. but last year we used to run in the morning that is about 6 kilometers, we do it every other day, but now I find it hard to wake up early and run. yes we young people do not care more about our health, and later regret. we must find time to do exercise now. happy new year.

time is a big issue in today's life as we really run around from dusk till dawn. BUT, now we have to decide if life is worth it without good health. I do not have to the time to go to a gym or any classes to do any fitness programs, so i take 10 minutes each day as i get home and do a bit of leg, bum and tummy exercises each day. believe me that 10 min. each day makes a big difeerence after two months. i started eating healthier food and of course i have to have a hamburger at least once a month. you do not have to be rich or a pro to be healthy and in a good condition. swimming is actually the best exercise that you can get, but if you do not work far from home, get yourself a bicycle, that will do the trick as well.

as they say, health is wealth! it's a delima actually! people work so hard to earn money to the extent that they neglect their health, and yet, in the end, they spend all their savings just to save their health!! tsk.tsk!!

I know that exercising is a vital part of maintaining good health but I just don’t have the time to do so. Juggling home and office and my son’s studies and so many other small things that are usually a woman’s job to maintain in the house LOL, I have my hands full all the time and the little time that I do get, I spend that relaxing or pursuing my own interest like reading books or mags or just going for a stroll.

Excercise during the day, if you don't exercise, go for a 15 minutes walk before the sleep time.

I have to agree that people nowadays will just have to find a way to exercise even when we have a busy week. We would rather spend hours sitting and doing more work loads than taking our minds off and exercise even just an hour a day or even just 30 minutes of our time. Since I am not that physically challenged I hardly exercise but now that I am getting older year by year I tend to realize that I also have to exercise for health purposes.

hi kevinll, health problem is a subject that most people are interested in, for everyone worry about personal health condition, maybe a mom does not care about her health condition, but she definitely cares about her kid's health. but we are so busy about our work, and we do not have time to do exercise, weekends are good for doing exercise, but we tend to have more time to have a good sleeping. but i think we can do climbing, swimming to enhance our health.

daily exercises are very important for the body,it keeps us fitter and stronger physically and mentally, constant sweating out through the pores on the body shows a good sign of helping to rid of built up bacteries in the body that would soon become disease to the body plaguing us,so sweating through the process of exercising daily helps with proper circulation of the heart, burning fat and too much cholestorol, inside of the body

Exercise is very important to our body and to our health... Even young children should participate in exercise especially if our children is obese. But first before doing exercise , we should consult to a doctor. Not all forms of exercise is applicable to everybody. Example to a person with heart condition, minimal or light exercise only is required for them. To a normal person strenous form of exercise can be for as long as he is physically fit. For all players or athletes exercise is also required. It is not only exercise we had to concentrate on, also diet...

health is really a important problem inour life now. not only because of the lacking of exersice, the living envirment is worse than before, so now there are more special diseases. i think we need to do exersises, but if time is not enough, we can also have some health products.
hope all of us will be healthy!

I think it is very hard to find the time or the time is there, but after working all day we would rather do other things than work out, and like you said in the morning it is much nicer and easier to stay snuggled up in bed sleeping then to get up early and exercise. I do enjoy exercising but I often find it hard to have the time, it really has to be a priority in people's life, most of us could make time for it, but we would just rather be doing other things.

I think that exercise is such a vital component of being healthy that I consider it a job. Part of my "job" every day is to get 30-45 minutes of exercise. No excuses. You don't have to do it all at once. Take a 5 minute walk during your morning and afternoon break. Take a 15 minute walk during your lunch break and you only have 5 more minutes to get to a half an hour. An episode of "The Doctors" last week highlighted a 95 year old doctor who still operates. He said that when he bought his house, he bought a 2 story. He goes up and down the stairs at a brisk pace three times a day and he said that is all of the exercise that one needs. Hard to argue with someone who is 95! Yes, it is hard to find time for exercise however the alternative is finding the time to recuperate from serious illnesses.

You are exactly saying the present day life style where most people cannot find time to exercise.i am one of them.Like you,I too can't get up early in the morning and there are duties and responsibilities already awaiting before waking up.And I tried walking at nights but that too failed as it hurts to walk with full stomach.Yet,i long to have some form of health fit but I can't.Sure,we will struck up with some health problems and so it is high time to find some time to exercise.I warn myself to avoid excuses like this.

Over all,best than nothing.

I am one of those people who has a very hard time fitting exercise into my daily schedule. I used to be so creative when it came to incorporating exercise into my daily routine. And since I have stopped doing that I have gained 60 pounds. And yes, my health is starting to suffer. I know that it is a simple matter of motivating myself to do it, just getting there is the hard part.
I do have to agree with you though that being young sometimes equals not caring about overall health and what the future may bring based on the decisions we make today.
