Hi louierri,
I think you like coffee very much but it is harmful for your health so don't take it more any way i like to see GOD'S photo first and say Om Namah Shivay and then i drink two glass of water.

The first thing I do when I get up is let my dog out the back door and then go to the bathroom to brush my teeth.

First thing is a visit to the toilet, then I prepare freshly squeezed orange juice. We live in Spain, so oranges are plentiful and cheap. I make tea for my husband and myself. He has his tea and orange juice in the bedroom while he reads a book, I take mine to the computer. First I check my emails, then I spend an hour or so on MyLot before we get into the swing of the day.

Hi! I just brush my teeth then turn on the music very loud. Make noise so I wont feel sleepy again. If I wake up, my neighbors wake up too. They knock on my door and say "youre so noisy!" hahahaha.. Happy mylotting!

The first thing i do in the morning is having a cup of water. I have read on a book which told that having a cup of water, or even more than just a cup, which mean enough water in the morning firstly is a good thing. It can helping our metabolism system. I don't really know whether such thing is true or not, but the fact is i feel i really have a better metabolism so far. However, naturally speaking, having enough water in the morning actually is good for our body's health since we all know that while sleeping we lost lots of water in our body. So, a cup of water in the morning is a best balancer for our water level in our body. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

The first thing that I do is put on a pair of comfortable lounge pants. Then I will grab a pepsi out of the fridge. Then I will go to the bathroom. Then I go into my office and turn on my computer. That is the way that I do things every single day. Even if I am not going to be staying at home and instead have to get dressed to do things outside of the house, I still turn on my computer because it has become such a habit for me.
