No, Just scan the documents and upload it. It takes 10 business days to verify it.

I have done so, but there is no reply from the alertpay. It is now more than one month. Now I am thinking what I have to do.My status is "submitted".

No issue et all, Just send them support ticket and ask them to validate my documents. Same thing happend to me also, after 10 days I just opened support ticket and got verified within 15 days. If you need more help just ask??

I got you point, according to them they takes 10 days for verify. lol
