That is the most disgusting observation I studied for quite sometimes,yet almost all of these people are against the bad effects of pollution in the environment caused by factories,motorcycles and cars.They clamor for a clean air act,and now are
making a move to not using the plastic containers,by using paper products instead.I do not know the real scenario of all these people,even if I am also a Filipino,yet I am very ashame of the garbages around almost everywhere,and it is very toxic to the smell and surroundings.Do you have any suggestions so that these people might have a light to themselves to make the surroundings clean like those neighboring countries are doing to their places?Please give any inspiring notes to help them realized that they do wrong to their country and reputation to their country.

That's terrible I am sorry for you.Have you ever thoght about reporting it to some government place around you? Do you have some kind of place that you can tell so they can try and fix that problem? I hope it all gets better for you good luck!

Hi ja hernandez rivas: even if i am against using cohersitive solution as the first option i think that in these cases it's better to go directly to the authorities because they are doing something really bad that affects the whole community and that need to be stop fast. Thank you very much for the response.I also thank you for your concern about the situation in our environment.I can not say to you that I am the only one who advocates this call,but we are many who voiced out this problem,but the people are so very hard headed,until they realized one day that this is not a game,but a treat
to reality that mother earth is dying,and it needs help by stopping polluting its surroundings.

I guess that's the main problem here in the Philippines because people doesn't have discipline for there selves. they keep on complaining for the dirty surroundings and pollution but they didnt know that they are also the cause. I hope that there are laws who will condemn the people who just put away the trash everywhere just like the country of Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and China. The people there are so much discipline so there country was clean and free from pollution.

Hi berting: I think there is no way you can make a person that know what good and bad to change their bad behavious because it's just too obvious even if you are a kid that this action is just bad for the environment. They don't do it because they don't care. for me the only solution is that the police takes actions such as high fines to the persons that through garbage on the streets. Thank you for the response.That is already done before,but the violators are always finding any means to do the tricks again and again.I think the problems can be solve by all of these people with one concept,to clean the environment.

Unfortunately, we do not have any discipline as to where we throw our trash. Remember the time that there was this commercial that says whatever you throw out comes back?
There are communities that have successfully implemented recycling waste and turning them into items of use (if not fashionable). However this is a rarity. There are law pertaining on waste disposals but unfortunately not properly implemented. It would depend not just the local executive but the communities to make sure that trash collection and waste management is implemented correctly.

Thank you for the response.I have seen that commercial,yes that was not too long ago.The government must try another one just like that commercial,but with more emphasis on the preservation of our environment,so that many people could realized the disaster it brought to the near future,and how to deal with it.I hope this can open the minds of our fellow countrymenand thereby by it can bring out the beautification projects of our vicinity.
