My contacts are erased after update my cell phone software....

A big problem comes when i update software of my phone after that all the contacts and settings are restored and all are eared from my cell phone....but one thing is good that my phone working very fast and give me a great application as well

Hello, cellphone technician here, from the Philippines. Yes, that happens when you reprogram or reformat your cellphone. You, or the technician should have create a back-up of all your contacts before reprogramming.

thank u so much for the information as u are cellphone technician please i am also facing battery problem in mu Nokia N 73 music edition ..battery finish very fast but when i see battery shape is very thick

Bloated battery is a sign your battery is already old or damaged. You need to replace that with new one.

If you don't have a way to back up your contacts that's going to happen. If you store contacts in phone memory, anything you had stored when you update software gets erreased. It is advised to coppy your contacts to your sim card, or if possible download them to a web-based server or even your computer so you don't have to manually update the contacts every single time your phone requires a software upgrade.
