I always have been working for a trade company located in Shenzhen city China. Our company is specialing in apparel and presents. Our productions is exported to Europe ?America and other area. I have many years experience in exporting. So Recently I plan to run my own company. Of course, I have many clients in my hand. But they aren't owned with my own company. If I do business with them now, I will be sorry to my boss. And this thing also isn't moral like that. But if I don't do business with my existing clients, then I won't open my company. Who can tell me how to do? And who can be interesting in apparel and presents and cooperates with my own company in business. If you can introduce someone who like business to me, I will thank you in advance. look forword to receiving some ideas for me.

I wasn't quite clear on what you're asking, but this is my take on your problem. The first thing to do would be to perhaps, find a partner. Have a site print off a couple of business cards - not too many! and pass them out to some of your clients. Don't make a big show of it or anything. Try having some competetive rates and such for certain deals. If you notice any trends in orders and stuff, make your rates a little cheaper for the popular orders. Morally, you should quit your job before beginning your own company, especially if you're trying to recover some of your own company's clients. Did I get it right? Let me know, and we can even decipher this further... :3

Your idea is good for me. And I like to low my offer for my own company's clients. Like that my boss's company will lose some clients. Then how I face my boss because my boss is very kind to me. It is trouble to me now. Do you have website that I can find some clients in your country? I am very happy if I have some friends like you.

Hmmmmm, you don't know how to deal with your boss...? I don't really know what kind of relationship you have with him. If it's very very good and you're comfortable with it, you could go to him and see if he'd like to be your partner. I don't recommend this though. I personally don'tknow anyone who could be yorur business partner... but I hope these two sites help... http://startup.partnerup.com/2007/10/26/tips-for-finding-a-business-partner-or-co-founder **the parent site is http://www.partnerup.com http://www.businesspartners.com By the way, do you have a website up?

You should start your own company I suggest. If you wont take a step forward then when would it be? You already said it that you have a solid experience in dealing with the business you would like to venture, then go for it. Life is a risk and in business you either gain or you loss or break even. If you want an employee, you can hire me. Im very hard working and competent. Anyway enough for that. I wish you goodluck and prosperity.

If you can become my partner in business, that's great. But I don't have clients in Philippines. Are you interesting in apparel and presents? And do you like to find some new clients in your country? But I hope you can try to do. Maybe you can do best in business. Of course, If you have good productions, please show me to look. I am will to sell your productions in chinese markets too.
