Lordy girl there are a a lot of things you can make ahead of time or as you said the day before. I make my family hot pockets all the time. Get some tube biscuits, scramble some eggs and sausage, and any thing else you like in an omelet, such as those square hash browns, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers. I also put in some good melty cheese. roll each biscuit out to about 5 or 6 inches. Place a couple of heaping serving spoon on each. Wet the edges and fold like you would an envelope. The water helps them to stay together when they are baked. Bake them at the recommended temp in the baking instructions on the tube. Brush each with a little butter to keep the bread soft. Wrap each one individually and freeze. when you want them just pop into the microwave. I also make waffles and pancakes and wrap them individually and freeze. When we want one we pop them into the toaster. You can do the same with french toast. I also make steel cut oats and freeze them for breakfast. Look in the breakfast freezer section of your grocery store for more ideas.

I was coming here to mention French toast and I see it was already mentioned in another response. But, what I was going to say is, I've already made myself a batch of French Toast, like maybe half of a loaf or more. Then I of course cooled it off, put wax paper in between it, and froze it. Whenever I had a taste for it, I would just pop out 2 or 3 pieces, throw it in the micro for a minute, and it was done. Very quick and easy. You can always do that with sausages too and biscuits, cook them first, then freeze them and pop them in the micro. Hope this helps just a little.

I am an Indonesian person, in our country breakfast is a usual habit. Everyone must eat breakfast before they start the new day. The quick brakfast that I make is made fried rise, or make a fried egg. that the easyest breakfast....:p

Hi, Ambitiouslyleiah. You can make pancakes and put them in the stove or the microwave. You can also sit them on the kitchen table covered up. If it has been made with milk, you may want to refrigerate them as soon as possible. You can also have the cereal in the bowl without the milk in it. It can be sitting in the refrigerator ahead of time.

You could always try making french toast in the morning...it's easy, you'll just have to soak the left over bread with milk, sugar, and egg. You'll pan fry them for just under 7 minutes and then cook sausages or bacon on a microwave...and Viola! breakfast delight...you could top the french toast with maple syrup..enjoy.
