I have panic attacks too but mine are caused by a panic disorder I have. I also have Bipolar disorder, agoraphobia, and avoidant personality disorder. They are really hard to deal with and those who haven't had them do not know what they are like. My mom thought they were all in my head at first until she started having them and told me she felt like she was dying when she had one. I can't go out much because of the panic attacks. I am on meds for them but they don't help all the time.
I am sorry you are having to deal with panic attacks. I hope you can get them under control soon. :)

I have a two panic attacks in the past, one of them was caused by some one upsetting me and the other one was when my son had open heart surgery.I know that when some people have a panic attack they some times get given a paper bag to breath into to calm their breathing to normal again. It was very scary for me as the panic to try to breath also sets in and the more you try you seem to hyperventilate.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage anxiety, as it is part of life in busy world.
But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
