This just totally makes me not happy. A man just got his 18th dui here in minnesota ...What do you think his punishment be? He has been through rehab. Still has a license to drive what is next. Me I think he should sit in jail but have to take classes in jail and teach others on the reasons you shouldn't drink and drive..What do you think. Why is he allowed to have a license? How many times going to jail is it going to take? What next?

There are alot of people out there that always seem to drink and drive as well as this time of the year they seem todo it all year around, yet never get caught. The thing that angers me is that the landlord as well as the land lady of all of these pubs that let people get into their cars knowing that they have served a person all night and that the person is not fit to even get behind the wheel let them do it knowing that they can cause an accident.

well I know alot of the pubs have local numbers for cabs that will take people home but other than that it is not the pub owners responsibility..That is how they make there money if people want to get drunk and pay for them the owners not going to stop them nor should they.

His 18th DUI and he's still driving??? What's wrong with the courts over there in Minnesota? That's horrible and what a nice thing to let the younger kids see so they'll go out and do the same thing. Sounds like he knows someone because that just does not make any sense to me at all and really pi$$es me off, it's disgusting. He should be in jail for a few years to sober up.
