We are all facing the same problem that too much gabage on Internet, which is mixed together with useful information. So it becomes difficult to find out which information is true and useful. Do you have good ways to seperate good and bad information on Internet? Besides can you introduce some good web sites and web sites you visit a lot?

alexfeile318 for one thing in looking for medical advice,I do trust webmd. and MayoClinc.com and American Diabetes Association.com but for other sites you will have to do some'
searching and do some research too. you will find some really'dependable sites and as you say a lot of garbage.such as water is not good for you and other silly statements like that. Honey will poison you and other really foolish statement. also hit urban myths to clear up a lot of the garbage, and scam busters also. best I can do for now.hope it helped a bit.
