How to wash clothes neatly in a semi autoamtic washing machine?

How the clothes can be washed neatly in a semi automatic washing machine...they all wind up together....and I feel that still dirt remains...they are not becoming so clean...can u suggest any thing with which we can make the clothes clean in washing machine.....

steps for semi automatic machines as follows:
1. use prescribed amount of detergent.
2. use luke warm water.
3. set timer to 20-25 min for heavy washing and 15-20 min for normal washing.
4. after removing clothes from tub put it into spin tub for rinsing.
5. pack it tightly, put the cover then set spin timer to 8- 10 min.
6. out of these, use water for 2 min,then let it complete remaining minutes
7. here u get sparkling clothes!!!!!

Use the best detergent powder and don't go for cheap ones.Don't dump all the load to the machine at the same time.The machine should be easy to spin while washing.No way,we have to take care of the dresses with much dirt in person,manually.Collars and cuffs and stained areas needs manual attendance.
