I understand that celebrity male (straight) artist wear make-up right? and also people who are seen on media, but how about other guys? I know it's not common to many of you to wear make up but what are you most likely to wear on your face to look good? Are you also using powder or foundation?
I happen to saw a man, wear a powder on his face but he simply put it in his hanky and pretend to just wipe his face lol! Can you share your secrets?

Yes, there are guys that wear make up who are not on stage or celebs. Some guys nowadays, like others say, like to take care of their skin so that is one reason. Other reason is that some guys just like it. A lot of guys who show a little femininity like wearing eye liner and putting on foundation and just basic make up. Of course there is the gay community who wear make up to the extreme. But other than that, there are guys who actually wear make up. I dont think they are weird, its just guys showing off their femininity and there is nothing wrong with that. =]

I know that men are starting to take care of their appearance, and it's not bad at all. I'd love to see my boyfriend with fashionable outfit, clean face, white teeth... but please no makeup, no foundation, no concealer, no eyeliner, no lipstick. I like actors, especially Korean actors, with makeup [but not much], rockers with eyeliner and black lipstick, but because they're public people! Imagine I dress up like Lady Gaga for a date!
It's not really the answer for what you asked, pardon me :P

I personally don't wear make up. I only make up expressions of happiness and peace when I am annoyed with my girlfriend, and don't want her to know. But eventually, the make up wears up and the inner beauty of anger and frustration reveals itself. So, I don't believe in make up, either cosmetic or natural make ups of facial expressions. But I am sure all the men out there wear the latter a lot more than the former. Ha ha... Just a joke..:-)

hello there!
i think nowadays, there are really some men who ears make ups even if they are not celebrity...i have seen many youngsters now who puts eye liners, an some lip gloss...maybe because they are just following some trends...
with my husband, actually he don't really want to put any on his face...he's just contented with ashing his face and that's it. but there are times that i ask him to powder his face coz it don't look good if his face is so shiny & oily while giving his speeches...so i guess there are some times that its necessary...
but of course, he don't do it always or in front of other people..he will be just putting it once and that's it...

My high school classmates were vain! They would always come to me for some loose powder, which I totally understand. It doesn't make them any less masculine. They also wore a thick eyeliner around their eyes, especially during the popularity of the "emo" look. Some of them do wear lip balm either for protection or just for fun. I haven't seen yet any straight classmate who wore things other than those, like a blusher or eyeshadow. :D LOL.

Others do that coz they believe that it can reduce oil. The thing they don't know is that it can also clog pores which eventually can turn into an acne. They arejust influenced by the people around them. There is nothing they can lose if they try it :D
Personally I just wash my face and it is all done. I don't put anything anymore in my face.
