I have found that I like to write a little about everything. My question is "What do you like to write about?" Is there any one topic that you like to write about? Or do you write about a few topics? Is there anything that you specialize in when writing? Is there anything that you write about on a daily basis? Just wondering.

I find myself writing alot about what is going on in the world when it comes to our children. Our children who are being kidnapped, molested and killed. Its a subject that I'm passionate about because I think our children deserve to have an upbringing that most had back in the day. Where they could play in their front yards, play at the park or school yard, sleep in their own beds without fear that a predator is going to take them away never to be seen again. I don't exactly like that I have to write about this subject but its what I feel comes from my heart and I just wish parents would keep better watch over their children at all times. We need to win the war on this epidemic.

I am a new mother and I could not imagine letting anything happen to my daughters. I can not even leave her out of my site when she is in my arms. I hate to leave her when I have to work, and I can not even leave her with people I do not know. I have my mother come from an hour away to watch her. I just think about all the bad that happens to children and it make me want to cry.

Thank you! I agree, it is so sick that people can do the things that they do to children. I really do not see what they are thinking about when they decide to do the things that they do. There are way to many crazy people out there any more and people ask me why do I not want to put my child in day care.

I don't blame you one bit. If I had a small child at this time there is NO way I would be putting her or him in day care. Not with the way the world is today.

I have lots of interests, so I write about pretty much everything. I write about the people that I've met, I write about dogs, the awful experiences that I had in my past job, I write about movies, I write about the environment, I write about boys and other teen's issues, I write about life and how I want to live it. I also write a lot about my celebrity crush. I write mostly about personal stuffs. :D This very thing makes it hard for me to write for my blog. It's very random and doesn't focus on just one topic.

Oh I know how so much to write about makes it hard to only write about one thing. when it comes to your blog do you write about everything or just one thing?

Actually, my blog still doesn't have a single post on it. :( That's my problem. I'm still deciding what to write about.:D If you visit my blog, you'll find nothing in it except for my profile. :D If I still can't choose one, I'd probably write about everything.

I like to write fiction because I have so many stories running around in my head, but there are other times when I just get out a notebook and pen and start writing about anything. I journal everyday, so I'll write about what's happening in my life and how I feel about it. But sometimes I'll just write about whatever I'm thinking about or what it is that I want to do with my days. It's all very random.

I wish I had enough time to try to write everyday. I know that everyone should be able to find 5 minutes here and there, but I understand the mothers that use to say that a baby is every minute of everyday since I have had mine. They are hand fulls. So I am so glad to hear that you are able to do that. One day I will be able to get back to my writings.

I prefer to write about things I am familiar with. I love writing about travel since I have worked in that industry for over 22 years. It is a passion of mine.

I have always thought about becoming a travel agent or to do something in the travel field. I have wanted to travel the world and let people know what is out there. I would like to be able to tell people how to get the best deals and get the greatest vacations at the same time. But then again I have always tried to find the best deals on everything.

I think that is the best type of writing. The writing of what everyone does, or is going to do. Heck things that can happen to us all. It is the fun things in life, and the not so fun things that make great stories.

One thing i like to write about is a story of a person or people, fictional or real that can relate to the real world and somehow give good inspiration to people. I'm more of an adventurous mind. And if given a chance write my own book, novel or a comic.

I like to write about health topics mostly like home remedies and herbal medicine. I also love to write horror stories when it comes to fiction but I have delved into other genres. :)

Those are great topics. I love home remedies, I actually still use all my mom's and grandma's remedies from when I was a child. I really need to look into finding more of them.

I write about many things as I am trying to make more money by writing. I have learned that it helps to write about many things and many different topics both here and on my writing site as it helps to increase page views and my knowledge of subjects.

Writing has been my hobby since my high school years, and is still is. I like to write articles , short stories, and so on. I usually like write about places of attraction in countries around the world, the places I have been too and have been very impressed with the scenes, and the cultural and traditional values. I would alos like to share my experience of traveling in the countries overseas.

I would say my top 5 topics that I would definitely write about would be the following:
1. Parenting
2. Money such as saving money and any other topic involving money.
3. Party Planning since I love planning my son's party every year.
4. Friendship
5. Relationship
These are things each one of us have a lot of ideas about and thus I tend to write around these topics. I hope though I can start my own blog and write daily on it since I cannot even write daily in my organizer.

Yes, I love to write about anything that is interesting and that interests me. Writing is a great skill for all. Writing improves learning skill and thinking process too. One can express themselves in a great way. Writing promotes your ability to pose worthwhile questions and
fosters your ability to explain a complex position to readers, and to yourself. It helps others give you feedback. It also stimulates you to extend a line of thought beyond your first impressions or gut responses and helps you understand how truth is established in a given discipline. Also, equips you with the communication and thinking skills you need to participate effectively in democracy.

One is more inclined to write about what constantly reads or taken broadly, what one is constantly exposed to. For example, I like writing about psychology, education, parenting, and children because I work in the field so there's not real mystery there.
For you, I'd suggest you list down the top 3 things that you like to read about first, then make that as a starting point for your writing. You could also blog about your being a mom and then take off from there.

But given all those fields. I still prefer writing business info articles.

I like to write poetry when the time is right, and I have written short stories in the past. Most recently I have enjoyed writing little childrens stories, as I just had a baby. I dont have any intentions of attempting to publish, but it seems nice to write little stories that I can read to my daughter and they are from me.

That's great. I never thought of just writing to my little love. That is a great gift from parent to child. Congrats by the way, I recently became a first time mother myself.
