I will go mad with joy, and to thank God, I will first of all start with the needy people who are in need of good life, my spending reaches to my god as a thank giving reward.
then it's my chance and my families to lead a better life than what it is.

Well, first off, the government wants their 35% and that would leave me with 52 million; Then I would request anonmynity because I surely don't want no one bothering me here. But I would pay my tithes and offering, promptly move into my own place and quit all jobs. I would help those I know could use a boost. I'd help my mom, make sure I don't have to work hard again period. help my church in their projects. then go to work on a few of my own and move on.

My answer would be the answer my father gave when he was asked the same question lol.. I think it is important to furnish our business so it will be self sufficient already and can produce money even after the time we have consumed all the prize money. then I would divide the money among my parents and siblings since I dont have kids yet. Some I would invest into something without really expecting it to comeback; if it does comeback, then good! A portion would be given out to charity and other portion would be devoted to our other relatives. The rest would be put to time deposit. :D
