PLR stands for Private Label Rights. It means you can do whatever you want with the article, which was written by someone else. Remember that other people have also bought the same article, so it's already on the internet somewhere. You must modify the article somehow. Change some part of it to make it your own creation. Or you could just use it as an idea to write your own unique article that you can sell, or as part of a newletter, report or book you are writing.

Or, if you are not good in modifying PLR articles to be your own, you can just copy it and add it up in your site or blog. It is okay to do that as long as you include the resource box of the original author found at the bottom of the article so he/she can still be credited for the work.

PLR articles are private Label Rights articles, the article writer have the copy rights with this kind of articles, you can buy this articles from a person and use it for your purpose, if the author give the copy right permission to you, you can promote this articles as your own one.
