What are the best things that ever happened to you this 2009?

Ok so 2009 is almost over, and a new year is about to begin. Lots of good things happened this year and also bad things had happened,and yet we survived this year.
Good health, gained friends, recognized my merits given and loyalty award by the company. 2009 is surely good to me. Thanks God! How about you? What's the best thing that happened to you this year?

I think that this year has been a good year for me. Not the best, but at least it wasn't that bad. I was promoted as program chair for our department and had a good time doing my responsibilities. I made new friends this year also. Another good thing that happened to me is to have traveled to some places this year. Some of my students who graduated October 2008 and March 2009 called me up to tell me that they already have good jobs and some of them are already working abroad. That of course is good news for me as their former teacher. It makes me proud of their achievements.

oh sorry to hear that. I don't know what you're going through now, but always keep your head up, never lose hope. I've been to bad times before also, but when I counted the wonderful blessings to me I felt good afterwards, and considered those hard situations as trials from God. Coz God won't give us trials that we can't handle. There is joy after the pain. Keep the faith and I pray that 2010 will be a good, if not, a great year for us all. :)

So far the best thing that has happened would be today. I got to apply to two companies and got accepted. Also, I was able to open an account in the bank for my son and myself. For this coming 2010, my goal is to save up as much as 100,000. I will make sure I keep more money than spending it because I have a goal set this coming year.

Hi jing,i think the best think that has happened to me was the girl i love has become my girl friend.when i was in high shchool,i has fell in love with her,but that time i was very shy but when we both got into universe,i said out my heart-words and she accepted.haha...i was so happy that i gave her the first kiss.2009,a lucky year for me.

So many good things happened to me this 2009. I graduated from law school this April. Had a blast during bar review and gained new friends. This year also gave me my first job ever and first paycheck. This year brought out new opportunities for me and gave me new friends who really touched my life. I love this year! :-)
