Would you think India will qualify in World cup very soon?

Hi friends My favorite game is football.Foot ball is the favorite game for Indian.We love foot ball game very much. But India could not qualify in World Cup. They try harder and win some good prestigious trophy but in world cup's qualifying match they eliminated in 1st round. They win LG cup in 2002,Nehru cup in 2007 and 2009,AFC challenge cup in 2008.But they did not carry their performance continuously,I think that the cause of eliminating. Baichung Bhutia is the captain of Indian national football team. He is a great also Sunil chetry,footballer N. P. Pradeep,Abhishek Yadav,Steven Dias and others are good.But i think not same like France, Argentina, Itali etc. What Indian football team have need to do to qualifying in the World Cup?When India will play in World cup?
