is mylot always honest to all member ?

i have been post a task to mylot before many days. to post tasks , i have full fill all of terms and condition. but mylot are not published my tasks yet. no problem, if they don't want publish it. but i ask them to refund my task fund several time. they don't refund. not only that they don't reply my email. so how can i feel that they always honest, legit, unique and caring to its member ? i know this post should be deleted with in min, but if mylot admin are not take step to return my task fund via paypal within day, i must type so many complain about mylot to so many blog and forum. i don't like to disclose this matter to all, as its confidential to mylot, but what i do, if they don't reply my email. ?
