Time and time again we hear the term "pure" being thrown about almost with wanton ababdon and the manufacturer are one of the major culprits. They use the term for anything from orange juice to leather but how pure is pure .I am thinking even though I dont necessarily have any evidence but I ma thinking that most of these foods must have even one percent of some additive because most of these products especially food products are perishable .
So what say you should we sue them for false advertisement ?

If it is pure it has to be at 100#% otherwise it is not pure. I think the food industry can be misleading or just plain out lie.

They preserve fruit juice by heat treating it.On fresh orange juice it must only be kept a few days before drinking,In this country the manufacturer would be in a lot of trouble and everything is tested to make sure it is 100 percent. So if they claim the product is 100% it has to be.

Hi ronny, it's pretty easy to tell, read what they put into this stuff on the label, if there's more than you'd expect in there then it isn't going to be pure. The olive oil from this area is totally pure, nothing but fresh olives pressed into extra virgin olive oil, with no question of anything else being added. Wonderful stuff, and you won't read anything else on the label.

The term pure is overrated... We can't listen or care about it...
I just ignore it...

I do not think anything in this world is 100% pure. everything has something mixed in it some way somehow. It is hard to make something absolutely pure because everything needs something to make it exist.

Its not pure unless you saw them pull it out of the ground and put it on the shelf. The only thing that is pure is home grown human.
