swift, purefoods or what ham?

now, they say these hams were all made the same but am always the girl who, when she finds a brand, she sticks to the brand. i didn't know this is also the same with food.
i tasted the difference when we received two hams: purefoods and swift. i got to open the swift ham first and forgot which brand am eating until i opened the second ham, the one made by purefoods. it was there that i swore never to buy any other ham or prefer to eat any other ham unless it's made by purefoods.
so, which ham do you like? cdo makes great food with their cheesy hotdogs and fantastik hotdogs (the brown one) but am not sure if this extends to their hams which they introduced this year.

They all have distinct tastes. I prefer home-made and specialty hams like mamalol's in my hometown.

well we don't buy ready made ham. We cook a pure pork thighs and cook it in our own recipe.

i know of some people who cook their own ham but i think these people are really, really good in cooking. it takes effort, a lot of talent and a lot of love to come up with your own ham when there is so much to choose from in the groceries. congratulations!

One of the things I love about the holidays is the ham! Oh yeah! The ham!
Well, I have tasted the hams of the names you have mentioned. Among them, I like Purefoods. But I think CDO also is competitive in this area. We do not really buy ham during this time of the year. Some are given by friends and suppliers as well as the university I am working for. But we rarely eat what they give, sometimes we also give it to other people. Why? Because we prefer the ham prepared by my dad. He makes the best ham in the world.

For me brand of ham is good as long as all of them are available. Well, ham are really tasty as long as it's well prepared in cooking. By the way? My mother always buy purefoods product and use it for every holiday event with party like christmas,new year, birth day and etc.

i know purefoods make regular hams and i'm pretty sure that they also follow the same formula of ingredients there but my child prefers the regular / daily ham of king sue.
however, i just discovered recently that the tocino i've fallen in love with is by cdo and if they also use young pork in this tocino that they've been boasting in their sales pitch then i guess i'd buy a cdo christmas ham next time... if we don't receive two again. sometimes eating too much christmas ham is quite tiring .

To my surprise, CDO's Holiday Ham is pretty tasty. I actually prefer it than Purefood's now but I still love Purefoods though that is why we have both brands at our house. The CDO Ham was given by the company I work for as part of the holiday package they give to their employees. At first, I thought, they should have given us purefoods but when I tasted CDO, I really liked it and when I look for its price in the grocery store, it is much less pricey than Purefoods so I think CDO had more value for money than Purefoods.
