Who bought a new cell phone?

This past few weeks (especially the last two weeks), I have noticed that there are very many people who flock to cell phone stores. Some of them are there to actually buy a new cell phone while others are there to check out the latest cell phone models. Apparently, a lot of people planned to buy themselves a new cell phone this Christmas.
One of my friends who owns one of the biggest cell phone stores in our city told me that for the past two weeks, they have had an average of 30 cell phones sold daily (about 15 only on regular days) in each of their branches. He also told me that a big percentage of these sales they make are the high-end cell phones.
Who among you bought a new cell phone as a gift for yourself this Christmas?

I am the opposite with cell phones. I dont look for the latest and greatest gadgets to get on my cell phone. I find it a big waste of money to buy an expensive cell phone. I would like to go buy a new cell phone after january 1st because mine is dying and in January the cell phone places are usualy putting onsale their last years phones. So im all about how much i can save on the phone not about getting the newest.

I would like to buy a new cellphone for myself because i need it not only just to have this. Many things i can do when i have this device. Like chatting if I'm away from my computer..Depends then also to feature that the cellphone has. But in the first place i want to replace my old cellphone it's too old and out of the model nowadays. I have yet to actually buy a new cell phone, but I defently need one. The one i've got right now is driving me up the wall. It barely allows me to talk, much less text on it, but it does okay for maybe a one to two minute phone call. That's good, but I normally try to buy a new one around this time of year. (I usually need one by now.)

No, I bought my cellphone back in August, and I kind of wished I had waited, but since I have only had i a few month, I have to wait awhile before I can upgrade again. I like the phone I bought, but it doesn't do all that I want it to do, but I do have to deal with it for awhile anyway. It always seems that after I buy a phone, a better one comes along later, and I always seem to miss it, but oh well. I will just wait until sometime next year to upgrade again, or wait until the year after that. I usually change phones every year, but not sure I am going to do that this time or not, as the are expensive and I can't really afford it right now. Take care, and happy mylotting.

I haven't bought anything for myself last Christmas bought me some... but I was so happy that those people close to me bought me some though I didn't get a new cellphone.^^. I think qualities of cellphones nowadays are becoming low, one reason I guess are those who love to make copycats. And it's kinda frustrating that most people prefer fakes. They even know the science behind it but still they take the risk just because of fad but some maybe because of the cost. well we have our own reasons anyway, so enjoy life to the fullest!^^,..

I bought a new phone this season but not as a Christmas gift but because my previous cellphone is out of order. Its just coincidence that its Christmas time. It isn't a high end phone that are less phones and more a computer,mine is just a simple one which looks good but didn't burn a hole in my dad's pocket! I am happy with my new phone as it has got all the features I require at the moment.
