could someone tell us some international sites about exchanging electronic-money

I have encounterd many scamers that pretend to exchange the electronic-money with us , their means are so various and very alluring ,sometimes, we have to immediately to exchage some money ,but the trusted private exchagers can't be always online ,so I have to exchange with other strangers,once, I have exchage 40 dollars with a stranger that he quicklily sent me the compeltely corresponding money to me as return of my alertpay payment of 41 dollars,but when I sended him 100 dollars, and waited for the another corresponding response ,but still now, he never pays me again? he can be definetly scamers,
so.Can someone tell me some good international sites that can exchange eletronic-money?

i know a person who has always helped me in exchanging e-currency.She is very trusted and i have exchanged many times with her.I am glad that i found a friend like her. If you too want to know about her then i can tell you too.

I think you should to know that there's some scam ecurrency exchange in this business. Some of them even offering too good to be true exchange rate. I guess you find the link from spam email. I've received such offers before on my mailbox and i think that's all are scams. How can you trusting a site without first making some crosschecking first. FYI, emoney or ecurrency exchange however is the most common scam type on website scams. So, i think you might contacting the ecurrency provider which you've used on this case which is alertpay and tell them about your condition. Perhaps they can do anything to helping you to get back your money. Good luck for you. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.
