Any one has back pain?

Because of the change of weather, I start to have back pain. It makes me feel bad everyday. I feel even worse when I sit for a long time and then stand up, it hurts a lot. Do anyone have this experience? How do you overcome it?

Thank God i don't have this problem of back pain... but i have seen my close ones suffer from this... if this back pain is just because of the change of weather, you can do one thing... put all your bedding, pillow, blanket in the sun for atleast 2-3 hours for 2-3 days, then you will not have this pain when you woke up in the morning... see if you get any relief from this therapy...
