Do you have relatives that you wish would just die and leave you in peace? Or show up on your door step begging for a place to crash for a few days and stay mounts? Well you are not alone
My Husband has this cousin that if we never see her and her husband again it will be too soon. Twice they have invaded us , the last time we had to call the cops to get rid of them. They are the worst kind of people alive. They expect every one else to take care of them and give them the things they want.
The first time they showed up it was right after her father died and we felt sorry for them. But that soon changed. We found out they were drunks and made their money panhandling. They could work ( he is a roofer when he's sober) but did not want to. So we got them out of our house finely.
Then four years latter they showed up saying they wanted to clean up their act and would we help.Being good people we said yes. Big mistake. We finely had to call the cops to get them to leave.

How horrible to go thru this. Your opening words "relatives from Hell" sounds like it could be a comedy on tv. From your story though its not funny at all. I know people who like to take advantage of others especially if you have money. They except you to buy them whatever they want or "borrow" money that they never pay back. Well since the cops had to be called on their last visit, I'm sure you won't be bothered by them again. You tried to do the right thing but it takes both parties to make it work and they didn't want it to work. Good luck to you and your husband.

I can not believe it they called last night and want to invade us again. My Husband told them no, but we know they will do it any way. They are like human tapeworms.
This time we are not letting them in the house and calling the cops if they don't leave. I would not put it past them to try to brake in if they thought we were not home. But they are in for a surprise, we don't have a working car right now. So we can't leave. And my cell phone is staying with me at all times.
I do not want them in my house, I will not have them in my house.

I seriously can't believe after you called the cops on them before that they would have the gaul to even want to come back. OMG they are relatives from Hell. I wish you good luck and I hope they don't show up. Have a Happy New Year.

hi madwirch58 I have been so lucky and never even realized it because all my relatives what few live close are kind and considerate people. I guess people like your relatives from hell just go right on plowing through people using them up and never ever even saying thank you. we have a lady at our table here who refuses even to talk with us, but will take anything you lie on the table if you do not watch her. my other table mate had to take a phone call and while s he was gone Celia the silent just grabbed the absent lady's plate of food and proceeded to gobble it down while I sat struck dumb unable to believe what I had just witnessed. I called one of the care takers and we got a fresh plate of food for my other table mate.Celia the silent was rescued from being on the streets but she shows not one whit of gratitude at being fed and housed and cared for here at all. I do not fault her for being homeless but for being rude and unappreciative of the help we all try to give her.
