Hey, it’s your birthday! This is one of the songs that we often hear when there are birthdays. Most children like to have a bountiful and joyous birthday celebration. Most parents granted the kids wishes. But as everyone age from a time, that kind of celebration becomes less and less and sometimes they just remember the date and not care for any celebration anymore? In my case, I still do celebrate my birthday with friends and relatives. I also buy my cake and have my pictures every year. The balloons are being omitted. If I reach 40 I promised myself to go out of the country as a gift for myself.how about you?

First thank God for giving me another year and my mom who gave birth to me. I always celebrate my birthday with friends and family. My parent's buy me a cake and my grandma cooks dishes for me and my friends and i enjoy my party because life is something to celebrate.
I now for a teen parties with cakes is almost dorky but you know what i'm celebrating the day i came to be and i don't care. I'm just having fun so deal with it. *smiles*
When i reach 30, i'll go to paris with my partner and enjoy the most romantic city in the world.

in my childhood, i seldom celebrating any birthday for myself. it seems repeating every year and nothing special about it. But started from recent years, i start celebrating it with my family and now celebrating with my loved ones. Usually i just have a nice dinner with them and be together.

Hey there flagella, it's cool that you have friends and relatives to celebrate with you your birthday, awesome. I think different people will have a different take on this, and celebrate or not, as long as the birthday lady or guy is happy, that's all that matters. For me, I prefer to keep it simple. Just have a nice time like a meal or so with my family is the best bet. I don't need cakes and all that, but I will not hesitate to do it for those whom needs it. Like thinking of it as a joy. Sometimes, childhood memories will struck me when I think about birthday celebrations and stuff, but those are pleasant memories. I'm getting older by the day, and I don't need birthday cakes anymore. But I love to eat others birthday cakes and will give them accordingly, LOL... Weird, I know..

I don't do anything special. Birthdays growing up were never made to be special. We did get cake but my family never made a big deal about it. They never tried to make the day special for me or let me do anything special because it was my day. I really treat it like any other day. The only birthdays that were special was when I turned 16 and 21. I got my drivers license the day after I turned 16 and when I turned 21 I got drunk with my brother.

im used to not celebrating my birthday. since i was a kid, i never recall my parents giving me parties not even on those old photos did i saw any party of mine. my birthday is oct 31 and i could always remember my mom saying that no celebration for now coz we need to pay bills first. normally, a lot of bills really need to pay every month end thus i never complain even once. it was only when i got married that i experience those celebration coz my wife is a good cook that she wont let it pass without preparing anything. and she would prepare so many foods even if i dont have any visitor at all. happy new year flagella08
