It's been a year i seperated from my ex husband but just this Nov 23 2009 when i discovered that he's married for three woman and i am the last ..i need to declare my marriage is null and void how many months it will take to clear the nullity of marriage..thanks.

The nullity of marriage depends on the court process jurisdiction, declaration of evidences and the other party as respondent to the case.
It was very painful for you to know that your discovery about your ex husband was more than ever you imagined.
I guess that was one of the hardest decision in your life.

I feel that you should check with a family lawyer who can advise you according to your country's jurisdiction and code of law.
In my country, both parties will need to prove that they did not consummate their marriage before annulment can be declared and given. Otherwise, both parties will need to commence divorce proceedings.
