What are the main reason PTC turning Scam.

I always wonder Why do PTC turn scam. If they could run their business normal the admin could make a hell lotta living out of it. They are eventually paid from the advertisers. and from upgrades and renting referrals. then why the hell do they turn scam in the end. Why cant they run their business normally like neobux and other old PTC sites which are still surviving, Your opinion on it. Regards

Yes that is true. If the admins of the websites weren't idiots and actually ran it legit then they would make alot of money rather than scam their members. People don't think right when they can so easily steal from someone.
