Fireworks are illegal !

As I've seen this morning on Television news that the Department of Health (DOH) states that fireworks are illegal. Fireworks are not safe as you'd expect coz you know you can be harm by fireworks. For me, there is a point there as I know fireworks makes me sick- I don't really like fireworks but how about others who are really interested with fireworks and willing to have it on new year?
