Firstly let me be clear, I m living in China. ok, let's get started. eh..wait a second, I'm not a local person in Guangzhou, kind of the metropolis in China if you do know the country China.so I need to get a house of my own in the future to house my kids and wife. let's begain. With its already freaking high price continuing to go up, the housing problem is rising into a more and more serious unrest in China, I'm telling you, coz i know i will be a victim when I need to go to the ATM to pay someday. Just 2 years ago, you can still saw 8000 rmb/m2 options in the center city, but now hell no. most of the houses have gone up to above 14000rmb/m2. If you fit this with the economic concept 'inflation', then you're totaly an idiot. The salary package these years have not increased much here.Actually for some, the welfare just went down as the population booms and the market saturates. What the hell, many people here work so hard yet winding up earning 2 or 3 M2 of a house after one year. More scaring, the hoursing price increasing pace goes much faster than that of your salary.Be sure, the people I m talking about are quite a major group here. Tell me, when China's real estate bubble blew off?
