I'm a food lover too and can eat like a little pig, but, I don't just eat junk all the time. I try to eat some sort of a balanced diet with meat, potato, vegie, and salad when I can. But I do eat alot. I don't just eat a ton of meat and little vegies. I love vegies so I can consume a bunch at one sitting. I eat snacks in between too, including potato chips, but not to overdue it. I don't eat out or go to fast food places as I can't afford it. Right now I weigh 103 pounds so I must be doing something right all these years. I eat food but I don't diet at all, but try to eat healthy when possible. Yesterday I had some roast beef my daughter had cooked, a huge baked potato cooked with onions and green pepper in it, salad, bread and butter, and green bean casserole...that was my dinner. Then I had 5 Christmas cookies for dessert later. Now I'm hungry.. talking about all this, lol!

Of course I like to choose beauty, I am really chubby now, I like to lose weight so that I can wear some of my clothes when I was thin hahahaha. Loosing weight includes diet, a right diet to keep me fit and thin. If I really want to pursue being fit and thin, I will ask the help of a dietician for that matter. It is really dangerous, if you want to be thin and you do the things that you think can make you thin, but the truth is you are not fully aware what disadvantage it might lead you, so me, I need to consult a dietician. I know there is a right diet to be applied based on weight, and I am very petite, it is not advisable for me to do not eat just like that to keep me thin. Much more, i want to lose excess fat rather than being thin, and I want to feel light so that I can do everything I wanted to do. And I want to live longer, so that I want to be healthy.

coolcat123 as a diabetic and an overweight I wou ld like to add this, you can eat and enjoy your food and still loose weight and be health conscious and weight conscious too as we have to do this to control our blood sugar. just cut down on carbs, eat just enough protein for health, and go berserk on fruits and veggies just as long as your blood sugar stays in acceptable range. we do not so much diet as have a healthy eating long range plan that lets us lose weight and still eat some of all the foods we love
only not in stupid overlarge portions. but we must and do cut way down on fats, and only use the good fats, like olive oil and omega three and omega six. so yes you can be health and beauty conscious all at the same time. just do some smart planning. quit with the sugary crap and the too too fat crap and eat healthy good tasting good for you foods in the correct portions.
