Would you meet someone new today to sleep with?

I tell you there will be many 'opportunitsts' who will take this oppotunity to sleep with someone new on this day. I don't know and can't say exactly, but the mentality of some people is very different on this day and escpecially the night. Without looking at the consequcens they do take such 'bold' decisions. Guys are guys after all. But even girls do behave in the same way. That is what surprises me. There are some such girls around who take all this very lightly. Sleeping with different partners is not new for them. Then are there such swingers around who become HIV positive or have STD. All this big risk just for the enjoyment of a few moments? I think this is totally not happening in my circle. This day will not be anything different for me. I am going to retire to bed as I do daily. But the difference will be that I will just SMS my friends and the near ones and wish them a happy new year.

interesting you should bring this up. i'm in a relationship, so i don't count. but a friend whose just spilt from his wife (she had an affair) has picked up. he met her via a face book dating application, he went and brought her up to where he live last night. he had never met her before in person, and eventually got back to our party. she was different is all i can say, and he was most likely going to get lucky. but one night stands are more common now. may as well have some fun while you can.

For me, I wont sleep with anyone I really not know much about the person or even instance of acquaintance. It is part of me to be responsible for myself wherever I am. I have my own way of view in life as well think of others who know me. But if we are both girls, then it is fine with me. But not of men. It is my choice that I want for myself.

I will not be hooking up with anyone new because alas, i am a married soul. However, in my single days it has been a New Years custom to bring in the new year with a bang (pun intended)! Every new year since 1998, my brother and i had made it a point to find someone new by the end of the night. It had to be someone new otherwise you were just hooking up with your girlfriend, and where is the skill or fun in that? For some reason it just seemed like the best thing to do, start the new year with a fresh face lying next to you. If I was single again, I am not too sure I would carry on with that tradition. What about you?
