What's your worst Denstist Experience?

I've had quite a few bad experiences. One that comes to mind is getting my braces removed, and having to get the cement scraped off my teeth for almost an hour. I could hear the scraping sound resonate through my skull and it felt as though it would never end. It was not painful, but uncomfortable and the scraping of the front of the teeth is horrible!! Another time was when I was very young and had to have a fluoride treatment. They leave trays on your teeth for a half hour. Well, the dentist left my chair reclined rather than sitting me upright, so much of the ooze from the fluoride treatment, which is very tart and unpleasant, flowed down my throat. I tried to tell him and get his attention, but to no avail. Then, on the way home from that trip, I felt like I had to throw up and my mom wouldn't let me get any water or anything! It was horrible. : (

i went to the dentist back in october because i had an infected tooth. the dentist gave me like 6 freezing needles and it just wouldnt freeze, on top of that, he just couldnt get the tooth out! man did that hurt! i have to go back to see a dental surgeon in january to get the rest done.
