Advice on Hubpages

Hi Mylotters, I have tried for Adsense, but failed for the fifth time. I want to know about Hubpages. I think its easy to setup, but I need some advice on how they share our revenue. Whether we have to share our revenue with them or They share their revenue with us??? If there are other alternatives, your responses are welcome, but please don't pop up for selling the accounts. I never recommend anyone to buy such accounts. And last but not least please don't give advices for illegal ways to get an account like Firefox temper method, etc.,
