My new years resolution this year is to lose weight. I have nearly 100 pounds to lose, so it will be difficult, but I'm focused and determined this year. I've taken some early steps to help guide myself into the new year - I joined SparkPeople, I've already begun to exercise 5 days a week, and I'm currently working on eating smaller portions. I have to be careful with my diet though, as I have low blood sugar and was advised to eat 6 times daily. So I just need to switch to healthier foods and recipes. =] I'm motivated, pumped, and excited to continue my journey in the new year. Happy New Year!

Yeah i need to lose a little weight because I still have about 30 pounds on from my sons birth 7 months ago...it doesnt sound like much I guess but its all stomach and "love handles" so I need that gone. I do a million crunches and it doesnt work.

This year I won't be making any New Year resolutions at all. I used to do resolutions every year but most of the time I always fails to attain it. Resolutions like working hard on career or academics or quitting smoking are really helpful one but they are certainly very tough to attain. I never stuck to them.In fact I forget about the resolution after someday. So its better if I didn't make any this year....

My goal is to be much more focused. I find that I spend a lot of time doing nothing and just messing around. I want to be more focused so that I can get more things done in a given allotted time.

Yeah thats a good one! Just dont get yourself in too deep with things to do ... "nothing" and "messing around" time is always needed once in awhile :) Good Luck!
