looking for some great diet recipes

we just started a gym and got that down but now its the problem of what to eat so we can lose more weight. we are always working so lunch and dinner sometimes winds up being take out... lol. i know thats bad.
anyone have some good recipes that are quick and good for you?

I just steam or sautee vegetables and bake/roast meat in the oven. Brocolli, cabbage, spinach and tomatoes to list just afew of the best. Olive oil is a much have. It stays good at higher temps than most oils. Use plenty of spices and herbs. Try to use chili peppers too because this hightens your metabolism. Vegetables should cover two thirds of the plate. Drink two liters of water a day. Hope that helps!
