what fireworks, firecrackers or anything for noisy did you use during new year?

Since my husband didn't able to come home last night( new year's eve), we have no fireworks or firecrackers used, me and my kids just use sparklers because i am so afraid of the firecrackers, we just watch the lights of fireworks outside the house and was so happy to see it. how about you, did you have fireworks during new year's eve?

we had a few fireworks, as fireworks are a lot safer than sparklers especially for kids and touching the wrong end of the sparkler 2nd or 3rd degree burns ouch.
We have always had fireworks for special occasions my kids birthdays new year bon fire night and have never had any problems with them.
Though have seen far too many injuries caused by sparklers.

We didn't have any fireworks left from Independence Day so we didn't light anything off. However, there are several people around where we live that clearly had saved some from back in the summer or else made a trip to one of the neighboring states in which fireworks are legal year round and were lighting them off around where we live. This year was the first time that I let my children stay up until the New Year Rang in and the first two people that I kissed this year were first my 3-year-old son and then my 7-year-old daughter.
